What rebuilding will cost

Nearly a third of Syria's buildings and infrastructure was damaged between 2011 and 2024. The World Bank puts the cost of rebuilding at $140 to 345 billion, about ten times the size of the economy.

US$ billion, World Bank best estimate, October 2025.

Where the opportunities are

Demand is there in every segment. The question for investors is where land, title and approvals line up.

Before you buy

Property in Syria carries risks that do not show on a site visit. These are the ones we check first.

Who you will deal with

A property project touches national and local authorities. Knowing which one approves what, and in what order, saves months.

How the market is opening

Since 2025, new investment rules, sanctions relief and the first large developer deals have started to open the market.

    How we help investors

We are facilitators. We help investors find the right land or project, make sure the title is sound, get the approvals and put the right team on site.
